Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Black Grapes and Walnuts

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Black Grapes and Walnuts

Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh brussels sprouts
One large bunch of black seedless grapes
One cup pecans
Olive oil
Salt-and-pepper

Cut the stems off the brussels sprouts, cut them in half and remove any damaged leaves.  Remove the grapes from the stems. If they are extremely large black grapes, then cut them in half. If they are small or medium toss them in with the brussels sprouts.  Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Using your hands mix them together so they’re all coated with the oil in the salt and pepper.  Spread them out over a large baking sheet.  Roast the brussels sprouts and black grapes in a 375° oven for 20 minutes. Five minutes before the baking time is over, add the pecans.

Check the pecans every few  minutes to make sure they don’t burn.  Place on a platter and serve warm.
