INGREDIENTS
- 1.75oz dark chocolate (85% cacao)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey
- Chill can of coconut milk overnight in fridge. Next day open can from bottom and pour off the clear liquid. Use the thick cream and heat gently over medium heat.
- Finely chop the chocolate and place in a owl.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and add honey, to your taste.
- Stir the chocolate. Pour in a small bowl and serve with strawberries, etc.
