INGREDIENTS

  • 1.75oz dark chocolate (85% cacao)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Chill can of coconut milk overnight in fridge.  Next day open can from bottom and pour off the clear liquid. Use the thick cream and heat gently over medium heat.
  2. Finely chop the chocolate and place in a owl.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and add honey, to your taste.
  4. Stir the chocolate. Pour in a small bowl and serve with strawberries, etc.
