Apricot Puree
INGEDIENTS:
8 ounces of dried apricots
2 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make the Apricot Puree– in a small sauce pan bring the water and dried apricots to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Purée the cooked apricot in the blender using some of the cooking water to make a smooth pulp.
